My question is about shipping. I ordered a pair f shoes about a month ago and have not received them yet. I understand you cannot control shipping delays but what is typical if I were to try and order again?

Hi sent u this email on Thursday but not had a reply as yet? ………… Hi I was in Barcelona this weekend and purchased two pairs of shoes from your shop in D’Avinyo 21. A pair of gold espadrilles and a blue pair of sandals. I would really like the red sandals (same as the blue) size 40 and wonder if you are able to ship to Guernsey in the Channel Islands. We are also a tax free Island and wonder if you are able to deduct the tax. I am wearing the blue sandals today and have had many people say how nice they are.
