We ship worldwide from our workshop in Barcelona, Spain.

We now offer Free Worldwide Express Shipping on all orders! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code for DHL or FedEx and, in most cases, your pair will arrive at your doorstep within 3-4 days. Amazing, right? 😍

If your pair is not directly available, we may need up to one week to make or finish it. Please make sure to send your measurements right after placing your order. You will receive an email from the artisan with all the instructions. If we do not receive your measurements within 48 hours, we will ship the order as originally placed. You can also talk directly with the artisan here.

If your shoes need to be custom-made in a leather that is not currently available, it may take up to 2 weeks before shipment. We will of course keep you updated throughout the process. Once shipped, delivery usually takes only 72 hours.

We pay customs here in origin. There are a few exceptions in which this might happen. Please check your tracking number daily once your order has shipped to make sure your parcel is not being held by customs. If any payment is required, please proceed with it so that your parcel is not returned. Simply send us a copy of the receipt and we will happily compensate the amount paid with credit on our website, so don't worry❤️
