Luis was even kind enough to paint a second pair for her, as the first one proved to be big. A size smaller (which is her usual size, but based on the website info, we went up one size at first) is perfect now. Looks even better than on picture! HandMade offered me the shipping to France and was available to let me know the status of my order at each stage (manufacturing in Menorca, shipping, delivery, ...) I received it with an acceptable delay of 1 month, and I am very happy of the quality and design of my shoes ! Plus the price is very reasonable. Love it ! I fully recommend it.
