If you’re between two sizes, we recommend measuring your feet and checking our sizing guide to find the best fit.
Please note that the measurements (in cm) listed in the sizing guide represent the maximum foot length each size can accommodate.
For example, if size 37 is listed as fitting up to 23.2 cm, and your foot measures 23.4 cm, you would need size 38, as size 37 can only accommodate up to 23.2 cm.

My feet are a bit wide. Will the shoes fit me?

We can work on the leather and stretch the shoes up to half a size before shipping them, ensuring they fit comfortably in width.

I received my shoes, but they feel a bit snug. Will they stretch?
Yes, it’s normal for leather shoes to feel a little snug at first. Leather naturally stretches and molds to your feet within the first 3-5 wears. If they feel slightly tight, that’s okay! Espadrilles and leather shoes can stretch up to half a size with wear, so it’s better for them to start snug rather than loose.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number on the day it ships. Once shipped, FedEx Express typically takes 48-72 hours for delivery. We recommend tracking your parcel to ensure you don’t need to provide any documentation for customs.
If your product needs to be handcrafted from scratch or is sold out and made specifically for you, it may take up to 1 week to create the product before shipping.
